Healthy Eating Habits – Conclusion
My previous blog posts have all been about how you can make those nutritional changes to help you lead a healthy lifestyle. Here is the conclusion to all those posts, follow this advice and you will be well on your way to being, fitter, healthier and happier!
Proteins: Essential to our bodies, they are our building blocks. They repair our muscles as well as building them.
Fats: Unsaturated; these are essential too. We find them in fish, nuts, soya and vegetable based products.
Carbohydrates: Our bodies need these for energy (grains, vegetables, fruit). We do not need the refined kind which load our bodies with unwanted sugars.
Exercise: Without exercise we cannot complete that healthy lifestyle. You must look to exercise at least 3-5 times a week for a minimum of 30-40 minutes each time, where your pulse starts to rise!
