In order to achieve maximum accuracy it is important that you arrive in a 'neutral state'. Below are set guidelines to follow to ensure this.

time to clear up after the previous client and prepare for your session.

the assessment.
• Avoid drinking excessive alcohol during the day before
the assessment and altogether on the day of the
assessment.
• Avoid smoking for at least two hours prior to the
assessment.

physical activity on the day of the assessment.
• Have a good night's sleep the evening before the

have a temperature or feel unwell.
• Bring any current medication along with you to the
assessment.
• You may be required to obtain a medical release note
from your GP in light of your health questionnaire.
(Please be aware that your GP may charge you for
providing this letter).

• Please wear appropriate clothing for the assessment,
preferably sportswear that you can move in easily,
along with clean and comfortable trainers.
• Ladies, two words ‘Sports Bra’!
Bring with you to every session

• Jumper or sweatshirt to keep you warm on your way
home.

facilities available.
