Nutrition (good eating) is something that should always be a way of life, I highly recommend that this should be used alongside your personal training, giving you the motivation to follow it through. It could help you transform the way you feel and perform, in both body and mind.

This first part of developing a nutritional programme for you is the completion of some questionnaires; this will include lifestyle, medical history, dietary habits, your fitness levels and completion of a 7 day food diary.

I will give you a meal plan that you can use alongside your personal training sessions. It will be a tailor made plan specific to your needs. You may need to make a few changes but we will do this in a manner and more importantly a pace that suits you, all recommendations will be discussed and agreed with you so that you may gain the full benefit alongside your personal training.
