This first part of developing a nutritional programme for you is the completion of some questionnaires; this will include lifestyle, medical history, dietary habits, your fitness levels and completion of a 3-5 day food diary.
This will happen alongside your personal training session and will consist of the above forms being completed, we will then have a consultation where we will prepare a tailor made action plan specific to your needs, this will include suggested meal plans, you may need to make a few changes but we will do this in a manner and more importantly a pace that suits you, all recommendations will be discussed and agreed with you so that you may gain the full benefit. We will have regular two weekly reviews to monitor your progress.
