This first part of developing a nutritional programme for you is the completion of some questionnaires; this will include lifestyle, medical history, dietary habits, your fitness levels and completion of a 3-5 day food diary.

There are packages here that you can use alongside your personal training session and will consist of the above forms being completed, we will then have a consultation where we will prepare a tailor-made action plan specific to your needs, this will include suggested meal plans, you may need to make a few changes but we will do this in a manner and more importantly a pace that suits you, all recommendations will be discussed and agreed with you so that you may gain the full benefit.
